Senior Security Consultant
Lead security assessments, design SOC architectures, and guide enterprise clients through their security transformation journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead security maturity assessments and gap analyses for enterprise clients
- Design and architect SOC/SIEM solutions tailored to client needs
- Develop security roadmaps and transformation strategies
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodology development
- Present findings and recommendations to C-level stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities and proposal development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or enterprise security
- Deep expertise in SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Experience leading security assessments and delivering client-facing projects
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
Nice to have
- +Experience with critical infrastructure (KRITIS) or OT/ICS security
- +Knowledge of German regulatory requirements (BSI, NIS2)
- +Track record of building long-term client relationships
- +Public speaking or thought leadership experience
